Vanilla Cranberry Mimosa

This is the perfect new year's eve cocktail. The combination of vodka, champagne, cranberry and vanilla makes a great festive drink and it's very easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 2 oz of cranberry juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • Champagne or Prosecco
  • Fresh cranberries
  • 1 sprig of rosemary

Instructions

  • In a champagne flute or tall glass, add the vodka, vanilla extract, cranberry juice and stir.
  • Add champagne or Prosecco to fill, leaving some room for garnish.
  • Garnish with some cranberries and rosemary sprig.

Makes 1 serving.
